I created this series for the theme exhibition “Alles is Liefde” in 2012, which was organized by Galerie van Eeden in Eindhoven. In 2024, I recreated these pieces of jewelry with a number of changes.
The jewelry is made of silver, glass, and pearls; a small cloud was sawn out of silver sheet material, then texture was applied to it by rolling, and a pin was soldered to it.
The pearl, with a silicone core, acts as protection for the tip.
When wearing the earring, the pin sways beautifully back and forth like a “clapper” due to the weight of the pearl.
